Outside Staff/Puller
Week Day Evenings | Weekends Required | $10/hr + Tips
Position Overview
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Staff / Pullers. This is an active, outdoor position that includes pulling/keeping score, maintaining trap and skeet fields, and keeping the property safe, clean, and welcoming for members and guests.
Responsibilities

Operate skeet and 5-stand fields, including pulling/keeping score when requested.

Empty garbage and hull containers daily, and use hull wands to maintain clean fields.

Monitor target levels and load accordingly
-
Keep trap and skeet houses broom-clean weekly.

Open trap fields and put out voice callers upon arrival; return and properly store equipment when not in use.

Perform ongoing grounds upkeep, including weed removal, weed whacking, watering plants/flowers, blowing off surfaces, and site beautification.

Walk grounds to pick up spent shells, boxes, and garbage.

Maintain parking lots, fields, and gravel areas free of debris.

Drive and operate club vehicles (UTVs & Golfcarts) safely and responsibly.

Watch for safety concerns on the fields and courteously educate customers on proper gun handling if needed.
Qualifications
-
Must be at least 16 years old.

Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail — this role requires consistent upkeep and monitoring.

Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.

Previous experience in outdoor work, customer service, or shooting sports is a plus (not required).

Counter Person / Bartender
Week Day Evenings | Weekends Required | Pay Based on Experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, friendly Counter Person to join our team. While some bartending is included, the role primarily focuses on assisting members and guests at the front counter — handling sign-ups, managing rentals, and coordinating activities. This is a customer-facing position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and guests at the counter with a positive, professional attitude.

Sign up members and non-members for shooting, leagues, and special events.

Assign squads and manage field usage for trap and skeet.

Rent out firearms and ensure proper documentation and safety procedures are followed.

Operate point-of-sale system for memberships, ammo, targets, food, drinks, and merchandise.

Bartend and serve light food/snacks as needed.

Maintain clean and organized counter, bar, and customer seating areas.

Answer questions about club services, memberships, and rules.

Assist with special events and tournaments as needed.
Qualifications
-
Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Comfortable handling cash, credit transactions, and POS systems.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
-
Must meet state requirements for alcohol service permit (or willing to obtain).

Familiarity with shooting sports is a plus, but not required — training provided.
